Free Shipping Offer: 

Lower 48/Contiguous U.S.: Free USPS Ground Shipping on Orders $200+

Alaska & Hawaii: Free USPS Ground Shipping on Orders $200+  

  • Ground Shipping Delivery Timeline (According to the USPS): 2-5 business days for most of the U.S., potentially longer for Alaska, Hawaii, or offshore destinations.

Shipping Methods & Rates:

We ship using USPS, UPS, and DHL depending on destination and order size. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Order Processing Time: 

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Any orders that include fin pads requires up to 5 business days of processing time. 

Estimated Delivery Timeline: 

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International delivery times vary by destination. 

Tracking Updates: 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages: 

Yucca Fins is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

USPS delays are inevitable. While we aim to get you items in a timely manner, there are oftentimes cases where there will be packages that are not delivered within a given timeframe. That leg of the delivery process is out of our control. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the shipping carrier directly. While we’re happy to assist with carrier claims when possible, replacement or refunds are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout. Yucca Fins is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped.

International Orders: 

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Yucca Fins is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Damaged Packages: 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist.
