Returns & Exchanges 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help! Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for return shipping to Yucca Fins, both domestically and internationally.

You may return your product for:

  • Store credit
  • A different product
  • A refund to the original payment method

Important Notes:

  • Lightly Used Fins: If fins are lightly used, you may exchange them for a different size.
  • Fin Pads: Orders with our in-house custom fin pads cannot be canceled or refunded. Exchanges are available for a different fin size.
  • Discounted / Promo Items: All items purchased at a discount or promotion are final sale and cannot be returned.

Package Theft Disclaimer

Yucca Fins has no way to prevent theft once your package has been delivered.

  • We cannot replace an item marked “Delivered” but later stolen.
  • If your address has experienced theft issues, please contact us before ordering so we can arrange signature confirmation or another secure delivery option.

 

1 Year Limited Warranty

Coverage: All Yucca Fins and Yucca Fin Pads

Warranty Coverage:

  • Warranty valid for 1 year from date of purchase (original purchaser only, non-transferable).
  • Covers manufacturing defects and product failure during normal use (surfing, swimming, lifeguarding, bodyboarding, etc.).
  • Yucca Fins will repair or replace defective products at our discretion.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Excessive exposure to heat, sunlight, or chemicals
  • Cuts, abrasions, or tears from external objects
  • Modification or alteration of the product
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products purchased on discount, promotion, or final sale

Warranty Claim Process:

  1. Submit a claim via the Yucca Fins Warranty & Returns Portal.
  2. Provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).
  3. Include photos clearly showing the defect.
  4. Ship the product back to Yucca Fins (customer pays return shipping).
  5. If approved, Yucca Fins will repair or replace your product. If unavailable, we may issue a comparable replacement or store credit.

Limitation of Liability:

This warranty is limited strictly to repair or replacement of the defective product. Yucca Fins is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
