I bought these pair of fins for my girlfriend. I also bought her a hand board. She really enjoys her new Yucca fins with the foot pocket and ankle padding. she uses them for exercising in the lap pool now she can keep up with me while I’m swimming.

YEW! Yuca is the BEST! The staff is beyond cool and the quality is unmatched! My boys love their fins so much! Picking out the insert fabric and designing the fins is so fun. Hands down best vibe!

I generally body surf in shallow waters like Sandy Beach and Pyramid Rock on Oahu Hawaii. I have lived in Hawaii for 50 years enjoying the body surfing opportunities and used many brands of fins Scott’s, Churchill, Dakine, Vipers and Duck fins. But yucca fins are the most comfortable and versatile between stiffness/ softness and the colors are amazing.

I recommend yucca fins to anyone that wants comfort, style and performance.

I've been bodyboarding for over 30 years and it'd been decades since I found a set of fins that didn't shred my ankles or toes. These Shot Blade Fins are some of the comfiest I've ever enjoyed, the extra padding option has helped immensely to avoid blisters, and I haven't lost thrust in my paddling. All around ticks all the boxes and then some. I needed new gear and it's been a hell of an upgrade.

Best fins I have ever owned. Couldn't love them more. I have always found fins to be too stiff and uncomfortable but these are perfect and still feel powerful. Only ones for me moving forward.

Best bodyboard fins ever! So much better than the DaFins I used to use. Soft flex is great and I have all the power I need with no leg cramps after a cold day in heavy surf. Have a pair of XXXL for wearing with booties in the cold and a pair of XXL for summer. (Size 13 wide feet, XL were just too small but super easy returns). Yucca is the only fin large enough for me to wear with booties, so glad to be done freezing my feet off and getting leg cramps from my old stiff DaFins! Thanks Starky!

very comfortable with bootie. churchills are all too small.
good power. lm hoping over time the back strap doesnt crack like the churchills. last used in 6 foot sur at short sands.

my career use however is river boarding whitewater in california. im telling all my buds to use yuccas since churchills are cracking.

Still have my original Churchill’s from the early 70’s. The rubber is cracking a bit on the heel straps so seldom wear them. These are much stronger blades but comfortable foot pocket and I wear in pool while swimming. Taking them to Del Mar next week. Hoping to get a decent swell to try in ocean.

These came in super fast even after having to return the first one purchased for being to big. Returns were super easy to do. My son loves these fins and couldn’t wait to get in the water to use them.

Been using these fins surfing reef breaks on south shore Oahu. Excellent thrust with these fins. I appreciate the fit too- my foot stays firm in the pocket with no slipping or sloshing.

I Lifeguard at the beach the fins are great body surfing. I also have a pair of Lifeguard cruisers, blue and red. They are a bit stiff from me but the other guys like them.

Been a sponger for decades. My old duck feet were finally giving out after 20 years and I've developed a ton of ankle problems over time. The superflex are very comfortable, don't hurt my feet and don't cause cramping. For anyone wondering about the flexes, if you need a really quick burst of speed with super short strokes, you may want to stick with the soft flex. I've been able to get a fair amount of speed with these, it's just longer strokes because it takes the softer flip longer to react. But it hasn't been an issue and the comfort along with being more kind on my feet and ankles is worth it. Absolutely they love the color of these, prettier than the picture. Definitely a good product and the yucca fin keepers with the pad are pretty awesome

These fins are great, especially for bodysurfing heavy beach breaks -- providing epic thrust and fast-acceleration. Despite being stiff, they are totally comfortable (especially with a sock and/or padding). No pain at all. Only thing is, I recommend trying these on in-person at your local surf shop before ordering online or speaking to a rep with Yucca first to get that fit dialed in.

A very welcome addition to my wave sliding arsenal. Great fit, comfortable, cool design.

The fins are awesome performance wise!!! Ive been skeptical, been running old school viper yellow dots my whole life. We tried it first time today Oahu Hawaii south shore ha a pretty pumping swell right now. My wifes pink ones is perfect but bummers mine is too small. With the fin pad I think made the difference it too tight/press fit. I pushed through the pain today just to feel it out and the performace of the fins is awesome!!! My mistake I have to try and sell the ones I have to buy another size up. I guess positive is I like the red/yellow/green ones that just came out better🙌🏾🤙🏾Aloha🤙🏾

I’m not an avid bodyboarder but when I do get in the ocean I prefer to use fins. This weekend was my 1st time using my new fins and I have to say these were the best fins by far. I have a few pairs in the past and they don’t light a match in comparison for comfort. I used these in NY/NJ waters which is cold and choppy. Waves were on the small side but I used them to push my sons into waves. Overall I would highly recommend these fins to everyone.

Do I have the cutest fins in the water? Absolutely!
I like to have as few accoutrements as possible at the beach. This means I'd always leave my boring and clunky black vipers at home. Then I'd get to the sand and be bummed I couldn't charge as hard as I wanted. But this summer I decided to treat myself with something that is not only functional, but cute and that I am stoked to load up in my bicycle basket.
So bummed no more, and free to charge!

Second pair of fins I have purchased. My son loved his so we bought my husband a pair too. Both have wide feet. Size XXL. You have to buy the fin socks as well or else will get the fin digging into the top of your foot. Great product!!

I have only gone with Churchill fins until now. I got a pair of soft flex shorts fins and love them. The control and thrust when I'm body boarding is really nice! Super comfy when I snorkel to. Great fins!

I love these I wear them with the fin socks and they are a perfect fit. I made a trip to OC just to go to the shop in person. The guys there set me up perfectly with the right fit and a Merlyn Surfmat. Go to the HQ if you can the people there are very helpful.
