If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, you are responsible to get the returned item back to us. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Fin Pads:
Fin orders with our in house custom fin pads can not be canceled or refunded. We do offer exchanges on fin pad orders if you need to exchange for a different size fin.

Please note that all items purchased at a discount or on promo are final sale, and cannot be returned.

Yucca Fins HAS NO WAY TO PREVENT THEFT once your package has been delivered. We are not able to replace an item that has been marked delivered and then stolen from delivery location. If your shipping address has experienced past problems with package theft, please contact us so that we can ensure that the order is delivered with signature confirmation or otherwise brainstorm on the best way to avoid trouble.
